Group Homes 

McKinney Direct Care Services’ residential group homes provide a safe and comfortable environment in desirable neighborhoods across McKinney, TX. All of our homes provide high-quality support services 24/7 that assist residents with the activities of daily living.  All of our residential group homes can accommodate up to three individual residents who each have their own bedroom that can be styled to reflect their personal taste, as well as common living and dining areas that they influence. While structured differently to best meet individual needs and comply with state regulations, all of our homes offer high-quality services with the goal of supporting individuals to thrive at home and in the community.

Host Homes

Host Homes provides a supportive, caring, and nurturing family environment for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and is ideal for some of our clients who thrive better in a family setting.   Our Host Homes services are provided in caregivers’ personal homes. The caregivers assist our clients with daily living skills and other individual needs promoting independence and a better quality of life.

Respite Services

Our Respite services program offers parents and caregivers an opportunity to take some time off from caring for their family member with a developmental disability and recharge physically and emotionally. MDCS provides a well-designed respite care program, including scheduling based on the needs of the client.

Supported Home Living

McKinney Direct Care Services takes a person-centered approach to serving our clients, as a result, we offer Supported Home Living Services to clients who live at home. We assist our clients in living independently as possible in their own home environment by providing individually tailored services to assist with activities of daily living.
