​At McKinney Direct Care Services “caring and compassion is our mission”.  We are committed to providing the highest quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Texas.  Our primary goal is to improve the lives of every individual we serve. As a result, we use a holistic person-centered planning approach in providing Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) to those we serve.

We ensure that our clients and their families are actively involved in the planning and delivery phases of our HCS services (from deciding on program oversight to choosing their group home, therapies, attendants, roommates, and more).  Our team is dedicated to ensuring our clients and their families are satisfied with our services.
